Following our submission with Acanthus Clews of the plans for the new vestry to the rear of the church, West Oxfordshire District Council has approved these and granted planning permission.
This is an important milestone on our journey to improve the facilities of St Michael’s. We are now getting updated costs for the building and will start initial works in the next couple of months with improved drainage to the North side of the church. The Building Committee has also approved the installation of new heaters in the church which should be in place before this winter.
