This is a group of people from the area and further afield, who are committed to preserving the history, buildings and heritage of St.Michael’s at Great Tew. They appreciate the role the church has played over the years at the heart of the village and continues to play in the modern community.
Under the guidance of their Chair, Ander Parker, support is given to maintain the fabric of the church, and to assist in providing modern amenities. The Friends play a strong role in supporting the current development project to bring water on site to St.Michael’s, to improve access and add toilets and a new vestry.
